Records and reporting

Department Log Guide

The Department Log system is only for official arrests, citations, BOLOs and warrants. Every entry must be accurate and related to an in-game law-enforcement action.

Start the command

Use /department-log and select the person connected to the record.

Select the record type

Choose Arrest, Citation, BOLO or Warrant from the department-log panel.

Complete the form

Enter clear, factual details. Include the reason, charges or identifying information requested by the form.

Review before sending

Confirm the correct person and information before submitting the official record.

Arrest

Use after a person is arrested in game. Enter the correct subject, charges and supporting details.

Citation

Use when an official citation is issued. Record the violation and required citation details.

BOLO

Use for an active be-on-the-lookout notice. Include accurate person, vehicle and incident information.

Warrant

Use for an authorized warrant. Clearly record the subject, reason and relevant case information.

Misuse is prohibited

Do not create test, joke or trolling records. False department logs may result in disciplinary action.
